All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh . We aim to dispatch products within 1–2 business days of receiving your order. An invoice will be included in your shipment and also sent to your registered email address.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a docket number and a tracking link. You can check the live status of your shipment by clicking the link provided or by visiting the courier partner’s website and entering your docket number under “Track Shipment.”

Under normal circumstances, orders are delivered within 5–7 working days. However, in case of unforeseen delays due to logistics or other external factors, delivery times may vary slightly.

Products will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure that you or someone authorized is available to receive and sign for the package upon delivery.

If your order arrives in damaged condition, please contact us at info@buymd.com within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly include clear photographs of the damaged product, and we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
