If you receive a damaged product, please email us at support@borngood.in at the earliest. If possible, include photos of the damaged item — this helps us improve our processes and serve you better. We’ll promptly arrange a replacement for you.
If you’ve received the wrong product, do let us know right away at support@borngood.in, and we’ll ensure the correct product is sent to you as quickly as possible.
As Micro Defence products are consumable in nature, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
